Eden Community Food Bank obtains clients' personal information in order to qualify their family for our services. Such personal information may include name, address, telephone number, age, family situation, medical information, proof of income and accommodation costs. Eden Community Food Bank will not use this information other than in its assessment and provision of services to a client family. Eden Community Food Bank will not disclose this information to any third parties other than affiliated agencies or service partners that would reasonably expect it, except as required by law.
Donor personal information such as name, address, telephone number &/or e-mail address is used strictly to provide: (a) charitable donation receipts, (b) a thank you for your donation and (3) our newsletter "Food for Thought". If at any time you do not wish to receive our newsletter, simply contact us and we will remove your name. Eden Community Food Bank will not disclose this information to any third parties, except as required by law.
On our website we may collect information that cannot identify you personally, such as that provided by your web browser to our web server, including such information as the site you linked from, the IP address of the computer you are using, your domain type, and your browser version. Browser information is automatically recorded as part of transmitting information over the Internet.
